1 Definitions & Interpretation

In this Terms and Conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings stated below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the online456.pro website along with all services, mobile apps, and content provided under the online456 brand.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any individual who has registered an account and is using online456 services.
• "Account" refers to the personal account registered by a user to access the online456 platform.
• "Real Money" refers to Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) or cryptocurrency deposited into an account for wagering purposes.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to free credits or promotional funds credited to a user's account under specific terms.
• "Wagering Requirements" refers to the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before it can be converted into withdrawable funds.
• "We", "online456" or "Company" refers to the management and operations team of the online456.pro platform.

2 User Eligibility

Use of the online456 platform is restricted to individuals who meet the following eligibility criteria. By registering, you confirm that you satisfy all of these requirements:

• You are at least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• You are registering voluntarily of your own free will and not under any form of coercion.
• You are not listed on any active gambling self-exclusion programme.

3 Registration & Account Management

6 Game Rules

In the event of a technical disruption during a game session, online456 will use server records to determine the valid game outcome. If a game cannot be completed due to a disruption on our end, the wager will be fully refunded to the user's account.

The outcome of all games is final once confirmed by the online456 server. Appeals regarding valid, settled game results will not be entertained unless there is substantial evidence of a technical error on the platform's part.

7 Prohibited Conduct & Activities

To maintain a safe and fair environment for all users, the following activities are strictly prohibited on the online456 platform:

• Use of bots, automated scripts, or any tools that assist with automated gameplay.
• Collusion between players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in poker or Live Casino games.
• Money laundering or using the platform to conceal or transfer illegally obtained funds.
• Opening an account using another person's identity or false information.
• Exploiting bugs or technical vulnerabilities on the platform for personal gain.
• Making threats, hate speech, or harassment toward staff or other users through support channels.
• Any activity that violates Malaysian law or applicable international law.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of all balances including wins, and reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.

8 Account Security

Online456 shall not be held liable for any losses arising from a user's negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.

9 Liability Limits

The online456 platform is provided "as is". While we strive to ensure the platform operates without interruption, we cannot guarantee the service will be free from technical errors or disruptions at all times. online456 shall not be liable for:

• Losses resulting from internet disruptions or failure of the user's device.
• Indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
• Any losses arising from user actions that violate these terms and conditions.
• Transaction failures caused by third-party systems such as banks or eWallet providers.

10 Account Termination & Suspension

Online456 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user's account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any section of these terms and conditions.
• Inaccurate or false registration details.
• Failure to complete the KYC process within the stipulated timeframe.
• User's own request to close the account.
• Detection of fraudulent or suspicious activity in the account.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting our support team. All valid real-money balances will be processed for withdrawal once KYC is verified.

11 Dispute Resolution

If you have any complaints or disputes regarding the use of the online456 platform, we encourage you to follow the procedure below:
